Yes, your total invoice will be divided into 3 payments during your project as follows: 33% On the day day you sign the contract and book your design slot in my calendar, 33% on day one of your design period, 34% on the final day of your design period before site hand over.

Yaaaay! You’ll let me know, I’ll jump up and down a few times in excitement - if we didn’t select a date for your project on the call we’ll do that - then I’ll send through your contract, invoice and project proposal. Once your contract is signed and returned, and your 33% deposit is paid, I’ll send through your welcome package and predesign discovery phase homework for you to get started on!

No. It is transferrable within a certain timeframe, however it is not refundable. The timeframes and details are all outlined in your contract.

In order for us to make the most effective use of our time together, we’ll need your content submitted by the Thursday before your design period. Your content guidelines and questionnaires will all be accessible in your Client Portal.
